 Being beefy on the Brooklyn bridge can be dangerous extreme caution!!!
The trip started off with a guy and a girl and the need for speed, food, and to get away! We departed after I worked out at the gym training chest on Monday. What else is new right!
 After attending mass I saw the atlas holding the earth in his arms. I was jealous of his strength but I decided to take his picture.

With Morgan in front of the Christmas tree down town New York City. We had just started our journey for food what was to come next we wouldn’t be ready for!

 Another picture of the Brooklyn bridge. The men who worked hard building this American icon! What my goal in life always has been was to build a physique that would be remembered for a lifetime.

The Hi Hi room restaurant was delicious. I suggest the Belgium waffle with the pecan butter! The eggs and toast is not on the menu just ask for it! It was amazing of course I got 6 eggs!

is creatine bad? the truth and why ?

If you work out in a gym, play on a sports team I am sure your going to hear this statement .creatine is bad for you! Can I just say this is one of the most common and stupidest statements to date. It would be like saying the world is flat. When we know the world is round. So being the christofer Columbus of the supplement world I'm going to take you through the history of creatine. Creatine invented by no one! Why so I say that ? Creatine is found in food. Such as red meat. During the late 1980s research found that creatine helped in the Krebs cycle and was the key ingredient in ATP synthesis. So now its just a supplement. What does creatine do? Well since the dawn of time or since 1993 creatine supplements have taken all kinds of shapes and sizes including different forms. Such as kre alkaline ( key word alki) Monohydrate (mono=1 hydrate think now hmm water?) So my friends its got 1 water molecule ohh know its so dangerous. I am just kidding obviously. Truth is creatine is found in red meat and most of us eat it regularly. In fact with out ATP you would probably be dead. Or your body wouldn't be able to convert food to energy. The types of creatine and how it has changed. First of all the original creatine by EAS WAS CALLED PHOSPHAGEN. IT WAS CREATINE PHOSPHATE AND MONOHYDRATE. And it was granular. U needed to take it with grape juice to absorb. Phosphate is the strongest creatine form. But it can turn to a carsinigen if left in water. This was the original reason why the mythvcreatine is dangerous came from. Creatine phosphate is not sold any more and was only sold briefly. It is 4 times stronger than monohydrate and actually poses anabolic properties. This is where creatine is a steroid came from. The other thing you should know is creatine phosphate isn't sold at all. Creatine monohydrate is in almost every thing. Reason why because its safe and it works. Only if you were on 15 grams and a high protein diet would your kidney levels be elevated. And only slightly. Bun count of a 2.2 eating 400+ grams of protein and 15 grams of creatine a day. This is what my personal tests were. When I stopped using creatine my bun count went to normal. OK so the bullshit and the non bullshit. Bullshit creatine monohydrate is the worst. Total opposite. Creatine monohydrate is the easiest used form of creatine. It should be taken with some form of sugar with it pre work out only.if your trying to pack on weight u can take is post work out also but only for weight gain. The only other creatine product worth taking is our friend kre alkaline why because it works with very little to no water retention. And you do not need the sugar. What you need to know is this creatine helps with strength increases. It also helps with muscle volume(water) size. And it helps in energy production. So who shouldn't use creatine? Well for one any one with kidney problems. 2nd. Any one who is eating high protein and high red meat diet. Any one with issues digesting granular products. And certain types of diabetics have issues with creatine. Always check with your Dr. But in general terms creatine is pretty damn safe to use by any one
